Monster Cleaning has sent vetted, insured cleaners into homes and offices across London, Liverpool, Manchester and the areas around them since 2014. An end of tenancy clean starts at £156, regular cleaning is £23 an hour, and a deep clean by a team of two starts at £186.
Most people call us the week the cleaning finally gets away from them: a red wine stain from Christmas that survived the vinegar, say, or a check-out inspection on Friday. You tell us what needs doing; a trained cleaner turns up and does it properly, and your Saturday is yours again.

Which clean do you need?
A deep clean is a one-off team job that takes a home back to a proper standard. Regular cleaning keeps it there, with the same cleaner each visit. An end of tenancy clean is a deep clean aimed at the check-out inspection, priced by the size of the property and backed by our 48-hour re-clean.

Booking a clean

The cleaners do the job. They work through the 57-point checklist. If anything isn’t right afterwards, ring the same number and we sort it out.

Common questions
How much does a cleaner cost per hour?
Regular cleaning is £23 per cleaner per hour on a weekly visit and £24 fortnightly. Every visit is at least three hours, so a weekly clean starts at £69 and a fortnightly one at £72. A one-off or deep clean is £26 per cleaner per hour, with at least two cleaners for three hours, plus £30 for equipment and detergents (dropped if you supply your own), so it starts at £186. What does an end of tenancy clean include?
Everything the letting agent is going to check, from the skirting boards to the limescale in the shower and the sticky patches inside the kitchen cupboards. The price goes by the size of the property, from £156 for a studio to £425 for four bedrooms. The oven is an add-on (£77 for a single), and carpets cost less when you book them with the clean, £29 a bedroom. If the agent flags anything within 48 hours, we come back and redo it free. Do you clean offices and other workplaces?
Yes. We clean offices and other business premises early in the morning or in the evening. A normal visit covers the floors and entrances, bins, desks and surfaces, the kitchen or break area, and the toilets, sanitised and restocked. We also wipe the things everyone touches, such as light switches and door handles. See commercial cleaning.
