In this list, you will find which restaurants in Cranham offer the most delicious burgers – according to our team.
We humbly present to thee, esteemed colleagues, a list of four most excellent burger establishments in Cranham, which we highly recommend thou shouldst visit forthwith.
The Jobber’s Rest
The Jobber’s Rest is a stunning restaurant – and we are certain you are going to love the interior. It’s chic, and stylish yet casual. Their menu is incredible, the staff is super friendly, and overall the experience of visiting this place is excellent.
When it comes to their burgers, we highly recommend trying out the Free-range beef burger (+ tomato chutney, garlic mayonnaise, fries, Emmental) but if you don’t eat meat, you can check out the Halloumi burger with
house coleslaw (grilled halloumi, lime, and paprika mayonnaise, guacamole, spiced mango chutney, house coleslaw, chips).
Other things off of their menu that we really enjoy are the Chicken ballotine with wild mushrooms, the Pan-fried stone bass with
saffron & white wine sauce, and the Pheasant & venison sausages with truffle mash.

The Huntsman And Hounds
Next on our list is The Huntsman And Hounds – a lovely popular pub with a cozy atmosphere, where they serve classic pub food – fish and chips, pies, steaks, ribs, and burgers.
But we will focus on their burgers because – after all, that’s what you are craving right now, right? We recommend their Katsu Buttermilk Chicken Burger (Two buttermilk chicken breasts, katsu sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions), the Cheese and Bacon Burger (beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, grilled bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions), the Classic Beef Burger (beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onions), their Ultimate Burger (beef patty, lettuce, tomato, fresh onions, egg, onion rings, cheese).

The Thatched House
Another favourite pub of ours located in Cranham is The Thatched House – beautiful contemporary interior, amazing menu, delicious food, and impressive burgers.
The burger we recommend you order is their Signature Burger – it has a beef patty, maple-glazed pulled beef brisket, bacon, Cheddar cheese sauce, red onion, mayo, and homemade onion rings.
Of course, everything else on their menu is also worth trying. For example, they have delicious stone-baked pizzas, fish and chips plus steaks.
And make sure you leave room for dessert – we love their Rich Banoffee Pie and the Baked Vanilla Cheesecake.
Address: St. Marys Ln, Upminster RM14 3LT
The Station Pantry
And last but not least on our list is The Station Pantry – a casual restaurant with a great menu. In fact, they allow every customer to make their own burger according to their preferences and choose the base, the bun, the toppings, the protein, and the sauce.
When it comes to protein, we love the Jerk Chicken which is a Traditional Jamaican jerk seasoned chicken breast, the classic beef patty that is homemade, and the Breaded Cajun Chicken.
All burgers come with salad, gherkins, and burger relish plus onion rings and a beetroot coleslaw on the side.
