First on our list is one of our favourite burger places in general – not just in the area. Bastard buns is really an excellent burger spot and we recommend it to you!
We love their beef burgers – especially the Fat Boys Feast Burger (2 beef patties, American cheese, onion rings, BBQ sauce), the New York Lover Burger (2 beef patties, cheese, bacon, red onion, tomato), the Londoner Burger (2 beef patties, American cheese, turkey bacon, fried onions), and the Loaded Smash Burger (2 beef patties, soft egg, turkey bacon, gherkin’s, tomato, red onions).
We also recommend their chicken burgers – the Hot buffalo chicken (fried chicken, buffalo sauce, mayo, lettuce, pickled gherkins, red chillies), the Garlic mayo (fried chicken, lettuce, pickles, garlic mayonnaise), and the BBQ chicken (fried chicken, lettuce, gherkins, coleslaw, BBQ sauce).
And if you are a picky eater, you can make your own burger and pick the toppings, protein, and sauces!

Henry’s Kitchen
Next recommendation of ours is Henry’s Kitchen – a great casual restaurant with excellent service, an amazing menu, and delicious food!
Of course, they don’t only serve burgers but we will focus only on them because we know that that’s what you are craving at the moment.
We recommend Henry’s (beef patty, jam, crispy onion, bacon, chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion, coleslaw), Anne’s (beef patty, Onion rings, chipotle mayo, Monterey cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and coleslaw), Sombrero (beef patty, avocado, chorizo jam, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and coleslaw), and the Lamb Burger (lamb patty, coleslaw, onion, tomato, lettuce, minted yoghurt sauce).

The Beech House
Another great spot for burgers in the area is The Beech House – one of our favourite restaurants! They offer great service, a cosy atmosphere, excellent food and menu. You can find not only burgers but pizza, pasta, grilled meat, and steaks, and they even have a separate breakfast and brunch menu!
We recommend their Bacon and Cheddar House Burger (steak & bone marrow patty, dill pickle, lettuce, tomato, burger relish, french fries), the Buttermilk Chicken Milanese (Lemon & oregano chicken breast, rocket, tomato, Caesar dressing, rocket, basil pesto, french fries), and the Beetroot Falafel Burger in case you don’t eat meat (beetroot falafels, rocket & basil pesto, red pepper & garlic hummus, dill pickle, lettuce, tomato, beetroot bun).

The Hampton Ale House
And next on our list is a lovely pub that you most likely have visited before since they are quite popular. Since they are a pub rather than a burger restaurant, they do serve a lot of different pub classics – and they do have only two burgers but they are so good that we had to feature them on our list!
Enjoy their 8oz Steak Burger or the Gourmet 8oz Chilli & Cheese Burger (beef patty, cheese, bacon, fried egg, tomato, fries and a salad).
