Peiran Gong and Tongton Ren will be running it and serving dishes from their childhood and from China.
They said they wouldn’t have a fixed menu. The fact that they will open a small dining room lets them have more flexibility on what they can offer.
Their previous menus included dishes like:
- Chilli cold beef
- Prawns, squid, and asparagus
- Chinese chive dumplings, pork, squid
Not only will they offer a variety of different things but there will be a wine list.
