What Does Our End of Tenancy In Acton Include?

Making sure that the property is ready for the final inspection is a huge responsibility that we do not take lightly which is why we strictly follow a checklist which will be given to you at the end of the service.
A part of the checklist our cleaners have includes dusting all surfaces in each room, cleaning the interior and exterior of cupboards, appliances, etc. Sanitizing all the bathrooms of the property, removing cobwebs, hoovering and mopping the floors.
Our End of Tenancy Cleaning in Acton is not hourly based which means that our cleaning technicians will stay as long as needed in order to deep clean all the rooms of the property. All of our cleaners are trained and have years of experience. They will come fully prepared and equipped on the day of your appointment.
Since we want you to get back your deposit without any issues our End of Tenancy Cleaning also comes with a 48-hour guarantee. Additional Services We Recommend
If there are carpets on the property which haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while or the landlord/ agency requires them to be spotless then we advise you to book our Carpet Cleaning as an additional service.
Our team will extract all dirt, dust, and impurities off of the carpet by steam cleaning them. It’s the most powerful yet gentle method which does not hide any risks of damage to the fibres!
Our team will clean the interior and exterior of the oven on the property which is considered a “domestic level spray, scrub & wipe” – it’s a part of our End of Tenancy Service, however, if the oven is really dirty (has dirt, greasy stains, burnt food, etc. on the inside/ outside) or hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the past year or so then we advise you to book our Oven Cleaning. Our team will dissaseble all removable parts, deep clean the appliance and remove all the impurities by using stronger detergents.
All windows on the property need to be spotless in order to easily pass the final inspection. As a part of our End of Tenancy Service, our team will clean the interior, however, if you notice that the exterior is also really dirty or your landlord/ agency requires it to be cleaned then book our additional Window Cleaning!
Another very important part of the final inspection is the state all the upholstery is in – the sofa, the mattress, the curtains, or any other upholstered furniture if present.
If the upholstery has dirty patches or stains than it is recommended to be deep cleaned prior to the final inspection. Our team uses hot water extraction to safely get rid of any dirty patches, dust, stains, and impurities!
