Please, keep in mind that our cleaners will need a few things in order to be able to provide you with the best results – defrosted fridge 24 hours before the service, electricity and running hot water as well as a property free of any personal belongings!
Since we want the property to be spotless after we are done cleaning it, our End of Tenancy Service is not hourly based! Our team of experienced cleaning technicians will come fully equipped and will stay as long as needed so that they can check off everything on their checklist!
This checklist that our company has created for our team is agency-approved and it includes everything necessary to provide a smooth final inspection. This means that our cleaners will focus on every single room and they won’t miss even the smallest detail. For example, they will dust all surfaces, clean any cupboards/ cabinets both inside and out, clean any appliances present on the property, mop and hoover the floors in each room, sanitize the bathroom and remove soap scum, water stains, limescale, etc.
Our company knows that you are worried about passing the final inspection which is why once the service is performed you have a 48-hour guarantee. This will ensure that you can contact us if any issues occur or you aren’t fully satisfied with the cleaning. In that case, our team will come back and reclean the entire property.
Additional Services We Recommend
In our End of Tenancy Cleaning all appliances will be cleaned – we spray them with detergents, wipe/ scrub them. This, however, is considered a domestic level cleaning and in some cases a deeper clean is needed.
If your oven hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the past year or you notice that it’s covered in greasy stains, build-up, and burnt food than we would need to disassemble it and clean it with much stronger detergents so that those impurities come off.
All carpets on the property will be hoovered as a part of our End of Tenancy Cleaning but if you notice any dirty patches, stains or your landlord/ agency requires you to present deep cleaned carpets than this is the additional service you need!
Our carpet cleaning includes steam cleaning them which is a very powerful method to remove all the build-up dirt, dust, pet hairs, stains, and other impurities.
Additional Upholstery Cleaning is recommended when the furniture on the property has stains, looks worn-out, or has dirty patches all over it.
This additional service will provide you with a deep cleaned upholstery by using hot water extraction. Similar to cleaning the carpets we will extract all the dirt, dust, and impurities.
Sometimes landlords/ agencies require from the tenant to present spotless windows – and while our team will wipe the interior of all windows on the property as a part of our End of Tenancy Service, if the windows are dirty on the outside than this is not enough.
By booking our additional Window Cleaning our team will bring special equipment and also clean the exterior!
