Regular cleaning is £23 an hour per cleaner on a weekly visit and £24 fortnightly. Carpets start at £36 a room and ovens at £77. Prices last updated September 2026.

End of tenancy cleaning prices
This is the clean that gets deposits back. We work with 300+ letting agents and have won back £1.2M in deposits for tenants, so we clean to what the inventory clerk checks: inside every cupboard and wardrobe, inside the fridge and freezer, behind the appliances, limescale off the taps, shower and screen, and the floors last. The price is set by the size of the property, not the hours it takes.

Book the carpets with the clean and they cost less than on their own: on a two-bed, both bedrooms and the living room come to £94 instead of £115. That’s £29 a bedroom, £36 a living room, £47 a through lounge and £35 a flight of stairs. The carpet column above covers the bedrooms plus the living room.
Add the oven if the tenancy agreement or the inventory mentions it: £77 single, £110 double, £143 single wide, £143 for a complete 90cm range.
A two-bed flat with both bedroom carpets, the living room carpet and a single oven comes to £243 + £94 + £77 = £414.

One-off and deep cleaning prices
A one-off or deep clean is done by a team, never one person. It’s £26 per cleaner per hour, with at least two cleaners for three hours, plus £30 for equipment and detergents (£22 kit, £8 products), which we drop if you supply your own.

What if the letting agent isn’t happy with the end of tenancy clean?
If the agent flags any cleanliness issue within 48 hours of the clean, we come back and redo it at no charge.
Is it cheaper to add carpets to a tenancy clean?
Yes. Booked with an end of tenancy clean, carpets are £29 a bedroom instead of £36, and £36 a living room instead of £43.
Do prices change by area?
No. The same prices apply in London, Manchester, Liverpool and the areas around them.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring the equipment and the cleaning products.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the rest is due once the clean is done.
