We work with over 300 letting agents
Every price we charge is published on this page. No hidden quotes, no “we’ll let you know once we arrive”, no surprises on the invoice. Monster Cleaning has cleaned London homes since 2014, around 12 years, and the rates below are what we actually charge as of 2026. A few jobs in unusual condition need a quick look first, but the figures here are the real starting point for booking.
For more on what each visit covers, see our services page, or call and ask our friendly staff at 0333 555 2076.
Hourly rates: regular, one-off and after-builders
Everything hourly is priced per cleaner, per hour. Regular clients pay the lowest rate because the work is predictable and the same cleaner keeps the home. Many households start with an after-builders clean (construction dust is a real respiratory irritant) and then move onto a regular service for upkeep.
Weekly domestic clean
Per cleaner, per hour, on a weekly visit. The same cleaner keeps the home, so they learn it. Minimum visit is three hours.
Fortnightly domestic clean
Per cleaner, per hour, every other week. Same cleaner, same kit, a little more to do each visit.
One-off clean
Done by a team, usually two cleaners for about three hours. Per cleaner, per hour, with a £67 minimum charge. Commercial one-offs are £27.
Deep, after-builders, outdoor
The heavy jobs, from £30 per cleaner per hour. Commercial after-builders is £31. Ironing adds £12 an hour on top of cleaning time.

End of tenancy cleaning prices
We are on the books of 300+ letting agents across London, so we know what triggers a deposit deduction. The end of tenancy clean covers every inspection hot spot, from limescale on taps to the dust behind radiators nobody thinks about until checkout day. It is quoted by property size, not by the hour, with the option to add professional carpet treatment.

These prices reflect typical London properties in standard condition, so an exact quote may adjust to your situation. Premium neighbourhoods sit a little above the figures here. The property should be vacant or close to it, because we cannot clean properly around boxes and furniture waiting to be moved. We back the work with a 48-hour re-clean guarantee, so if the inventory clerk flags anything we put it right within 48 hours at no extra cost.
Carpet cleaning prices (hot water extraction)
Our industrial machines reach 200F, hot enough to kill dust mites and the allergens they leave behind, which ordinary vacuuming cannot touch. The deep extraction lifts out what sits well below the surface of the pile. Prices are per area, with separate rates for rugs, stairs and smaller spaces.

Oven cleaning prices
Burned-on grease is a leading cause of kitchen fires and can give off harmful fumes when reheated. Our technicians dismantle the oven and soak the parts in dedicated degreasers that break down carbonised residue ordinary cleaning products leave behind. Upholstery and soft-furnishing cleaning
A sofa holds far more bacteria than most people expect. Our steam cleaning reaches deep into the fabric, drawing out oils, dead skin cells and dust mites that vacuuming leaves behind, and well-maintained upholstery lasts years longer before it needs replacing. Add Scotchgard protection to keep new spills on the surface.

Exterior and pressure washing
London driveways turn into algae farms after a wet winter, and that black film does more than spoil the look. It makes north-facing paths slippery and eats away at the pointing between paving stones, and repointing is far dearer than a wash. Prices are per square metre, by how much restoration the surface needs.

What the price includes
The quote is the price. What we tell you on the phone or online is what lands on the invoice, provided the property is in the state you described.
Kit, products and travel are in the rate. No call-out fee, no congestion charge line, no hire charge for the machines. You pay after the work.
Free re-clean guarantee. On an end of tenancy job that runs 48 hours: if the inventory clerk flags something we did, we come back and fix it.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A minimum charge of £67 applies to one-off bookings, and the same £67 minimum call-out applies to carpet cleaning, oven cleaning and exterior washing. Most jobs reach it easily, often with just two carpeted rooms or a single oven plus hob, so the minimum rarely changes what you pay.
Do your published prices include carpet treatment for an end of tenancy clean?
No, carpets are a separate add-on. The standard package starts at £156 for a studio, and carpet cleaning is priced by area on top: £36 a bedroom, £43 a living room, or £115 for the whole carpeted area of a two-bed. You add only the rooms that need it.
How does professional carpet cleaning improve indoor air quality?
Domestic vacuums only reach the top couple of millimetres of pile, while most London carpets are 8 to 12mm deep plus backing. Our hot water extraction runs far hotter than a hire machine, around 200F, which kills dust mites, and the extraction pulls out the allergens they leave behind. Many households with asthma notice the difference.
Will a professional clean help me get my deposit back?
It usually does. About 60% of our end of tenancy clients come to us after a failed DIY checkout, most often over limescale, oven grease or dust in hard-to-reach spots. Our clean meets the standard letting agents inspect against, and we back it with a 48-hour guarantee to fix anything flagged.
How soon can we walk on the carpets after cleaning?
It depends on the carpet, but light foot traffic is usually fine after 4 to 6 hours, and heavy furniture should wait 24 hours. Our extraction removes around 95% of the moisture, much faster than a hire machine. If you need the room sooner, we can leave protective booties and position fans to speed up drying.
What makes after-builders cleaning different from a regular clean?
Construction work leaves fine dust that ordinary cleaning misses, including potentially hazardous silica dust. Our after-builders service uses specialist equipment for fine-dust removal and deep-cleans ventilation that gets contaminated during the work. Left alone, that dust can circulate for months and cause ongoing respiratory irritation, which is why it needs a dedicated clean.
