If you enjoy the diverse Mediterranean cuisine then this article is just for you. Our team is a huge Mediterranean food lover and we often go to different restaurants in hopes of finding the place that serves the most delicious dishes.
Today, we decided to share with our readers all of our personal favourites Mediterranean restaurants in Greenwich!
The 4 Best Mediterranean Restaurants In Greenwich You Must Visit
Midpoint Restaurant
Midpoint is an amazing restaurant with stunning decor and an incredible menu filled with traditional Turkish food our team loves!
We always start off with a Lahmacun which is a Turkish pizza with seasoned minced lamb, onions, fresh tomatoes, parsley and peppers. We also love their other starters – the Sigara Boregi (filo pastry with feta cheese) and the Grilled Halloumi are amazing! They also have traditional cold starters like Kisir (a bulgur salad with parsley, onion, mint, spices) and Cacik (yoghurt with garlic and cucumber).
When it comes to their main menu, they offer different kebabs served with rice and a salad, Pide, and all sorts of other incredible Turkish meals!
When it comes to dessert, they have incredible Baklava, however, we also always get something off of their starters – the Beyaz Peynir which is basically watermelon with feta cheese. It is indeed considered a starter, however, the watermelon is sweet and we enjoy it as a dessert. If you have never tried this odd combination – you definitely need to change that and order some!

Ehla Eastern Mediterranean feast
If you are looking for that authentic Mediterranean taste and all the incredible and light dishes prepared from fresh vegetables, seafood, and meat then you definitely need to visit Ehla!
This place really does use only fresh vegetables and fruits that get delivered daily to them by a local family-owned business. Also, all of their pitta bread is hand-made and the most important ingredient in almost any Mediterranean dish – virgin olive oil, is delivered to them from South-West Greece!
You definitely need to order their Chicken souvlaki and fries which is a traditional Cypriot food (skewer of chicken kebab, oregano fries, tzatziki, garlic mayo, pomegranate slaw). Another favourite of ours is the Halloumi Feast (fluffy pitta bread, oregano fries, houmous, tahini sauce, mixed salad, pomegranate slaw, pickled turnips, pickled cucumbers, olives).

Taksim Restaurant
Taksim is another restaurant in Greenwich offering incredible Turkish cuisine. The interior is super simple and casual yet it feels welcoming. If you love Turkish food or you want to try it, we highly recommend visiting Taksim!
We highly recommend starting off with a Dolma (stuffed vine leaves with rice, dill, herbs), a Kisir and a Sigara Boregi!
Next, we really enjoy the Chicken Shish (chicken cubes marinated in tomato puree, olive oil, garlic), the Adana Kofte, and all of their Yoghurt Kebabs!

The Hill
We have previously spoken about The Hill but since we enjoy eating there so much, we decided to feature it in this list as well. It’s an incredible Italian restaurant with a modern design, Ecuadorian art covering the walls, and a welcoming patio garden!
They have a Main menu, a Kids Menu, and a Dessert menu.
In the Main Menu, you can find incredible main dishes – Linguine Di Mare (pasta, fresh tomatoes, garlic, white wine sauce, sauteed mussels, squid, tiger prawns), Gnochetti Alla Primavera (pasta filled with peas, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, basil.), and delicious salads.
Also, they offer super tasty pizzas and “tapas” which are Spanish appetizers. They are definitely worth a try!
