If you haven’t visited Izgara Harch End yet then we highly recommend you book a table because you are going to love it!

All of their dishes are traditional, however, they have a modern twist especially with how they serve them but you will see what we are talking about when you go.

Starters include a modern take on Tabbouleh (parsley, crushed wheat, pepper, cucumber, pickles, spring onion, tomato, lemon, mint, olive oil, herbs, pomegranate seeds, served with homemade bread), a lovely Beetroot Salad (with beetroot, feta cheese, pickles, sun-dried tomatoes, spring onion, vinaigrette dressing, served with homemade bread), Sigara Borek (pastry filled with halloumi cheese, spinach, leek, fresh herbs), etc.

Our favourite main dishes on their menu are the Iskender (lamb, chicken or kofte with bread, fresh tomato sauce, yoghurt, melted butter, rice), the Izmir Kofte (lamb meatballs with bread crumbs, potatoes, tomato sauce, served with rice), and the Sea Bass Fillet with vegetables.

And last on our list, we have a lovely little kebab shop with a small dine-in area and option for takeaway and home delivery. And even though this is not a fancy restaurant, it’s still worth visiting because the food is divine!

We love their Donner Kebabs – especially the Lamb Doner Kebab and the Chicken Doner Wrap (all are served with a salad and pitta bread). Of course, you are also going to enjoy their impressive charcoal-grilled kebabs like the Charcoal Grilled Lamb Shish Kebab, Charcoal Grilled Special Kebab (lamb skewers with mushrooms), and the Charcoal Grilled Chicken Shish Kebab – again, all of these things are served with a salad and pitta bread.
