If you are looking for the best burger places that you can visit in Arkley then this list our team made will make your life easier and you will know exactly where to go for a delicious burger.
Our esteemed team hath identified the topmost four emporiums of burgers in Arkley.
Arkley Barnet is a stylish pub with an incredible design and a courtyard. The menu is excellent, the interior is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. This pub is perfect for lunch or dinner with your family due to the perfect setting.
We highly recommend trying their Dirty Burger (with beef patty, bacon, cheese, special beef sauce, pickles, and fries) as well as the Buttermilk Chicken Burger (with chicken, shredded slaw, lettuce, garlic aioli, tomato, chilli jam, pickles, and fries).
If you don’t eat meat, their Plant-Based Burger is a perfect option – with a plant-based patty, vegan cheese, tomato sauce, lettuce, pickles, and vegan mayo.
Address: Barnet Rd, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3EP
When it comes to their burgers, we recommend the Gourmet Beef Burger (beef patty, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, shallots, and homemade sauce).
They also offer a special Gate Grill Burger which can be made with either a beef patty, Cajun Chicken, plain chicken, or a plant-based patty depending on your preferences.
We also want to share our favourite desserts because they are worth trying – the Blackberry & apple Crumble, the Creme Brulee, and the Caramel Apple Pie.

The Duke of York
When the weather is nice and warm, you have to visit The Duke of York because they have a lovely outdoor sitting area which is perfect for enjoying the sun and grabbing a delicious burger. Of course, their menu consists of more than just burgers – and we do want to say that everything is super tasty and well-made, but for now, let’s focus on their burgers only.
They offer 3 options – one burger with beef, one with chicken, and the third is plant-based. If you go for the Steak burger, it has beer onions, grilled pancetta, Monterey Jack, spiced tomato mayonnaise, and fries. If you prefer the Crispy buttermilk chicken burger, it has cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic mayonnaise, fries. And for everyone that doesn’t eat meat, their Meatless farm burger with vegan cheese, pickled red onions, dill pickles, and fries is an excellent choice.

Relish Real Burgers Potters Bar
One of the best places to visit if you want a good burger is in fact Relish Real Burgers Potters Bar – and their menu does consist mainly of… burgers. Unlike the other locations on our list which were all pubs, this spot is a burger joint. Of course, they also offer wings but the main focus is on burgers.
Now, if you enjoy a classic beef burger, we recommend trying their Big Fat Greek (with beef patty, smoked Lonza, halloumi, lettuce, tomato, red onion, houmous, onion relish) and the El Gringo (beef patty, chorizo, cheese, gherkins, onion, lettuce, tomato, burger sauce).
If you like chicken burgers, their Smokey Jack (with fried chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, lettuce, onion, BBQ sauce, and red cabbage slaw) and the Classic Chicken )with Cheese and Bacon) is an excellent choice.
Their Veggie burgers that we recommend most are the Tasty Thai (homemade Thai fishcake with salmon, prawn, fish fillet + lettuce, spring onion, sweet chilli & mayo) and the Mexican Bean (bean patty, guacamole, jalapenos, sour cream, spicy tomato relish, tomato, lettuce, red onion).
