This is exactly why we decided to gather all of our favourite Indian restaurants in Bromley that offer incredible traditional dishes and share them with you on this list – so you know exactly where to go!

Top 4 Indian Restaurants In Bromley According To Our Team

Cinnamon Culture

Cinnamon Culture is a lovely Indian restaurant with an incredibly friendly staff. They make sure that everyone feels welcomed plus they prepare delicious dishes – some of which are traditional and some of which have a unique modern twist to them. So the next time you are craving Indian cuisine, make sure you visit Cinnamon Culture – you won’t be disappointed!

They have incredible unique starters – Soft-shell kekada, Tiranga chicken (trio of honey and Kashmiri chilli, coriander and garlic, malai chicken tikka), Chilli paneer (Indian cheese fried in garlic, peppers, onions, chilli), and so many more options!

Next on their menu, you will find all of their main dishes – again, all of them are super interesting and creative. We highly recommend the Raan Mughlai (slow-braised lamb shank with curried butternut squash), the Chicken makhani (chicken tikka in fenugreek, tomato, and cashew nut sauce with honey), the Wild Madagascan prawns (prawns served with mushroom rice), and the Scallops lababdaar (cooked in a spicy onion, tomato, and cashew nuts masala, served with rice)!

And don’t forget to order Nan bread – we love the Cheese and Chilli nan and the Keema nan (stuffed with minced lamb)!

Pink Garlic

The next incredible restaurant we have on our list is Pink Garlic – a beautiful place with a stunning interior design and, of course, an impressive menu filled with traditional Indian food! They were even awarded “The Best Indian Restaurant in Kent” in 2019 – and we think that says enough about the quality of their dishes and how dedicated the staff is!

The starters include traditional options we all know and love – from Chicken Tikka and Samosa to Prawn Puri, King Prawn Butterfly, and Tandoori Lamb Chop!

Next on their menu, you will find all of the main dishes – Tandoori, Masala dishes, biriyani, balti, curry, jalfrezi, and so much more! And what we love most about Pink Garlic is that they have a lot of options for vegetarians – for example, they have Vegetable Dansak (with lentils), Vegetable Dupiaza, Vegetable Biriyani, and so much more!

We highly recommend you try out the Zamiri Chicken (grilled chicken breast simmered in a rich sweet and spiced sauce that has butter, tomato sauce, and orange), the King Prawn Mirchi (with green chillies, spices, lemon juice, onions, coriander), and the Lamb Laziz (lamb tikka overnight marinated in spices cooked with onions, garlic, Worcester sauce)!

Tamasha

Tamasha is a pretty popular hotel that also has a restaurant that our team really loves visiting! They really make divine Indian food prepared with traditional spices and only fresh ingredients! Of course, they don’t offer only traditional food, they have a lot of unique options you won’t be able to find anywhere else as well!

They have plenty of options for vegans and vegetarians as well – from starters and main dishes to even desserts and we think that this is very impressive.

We always start off with a Masaledar Kekda (Crispy soft shell crab served with passion fruit and mango chutney), Lahsuni Tikka (chicken marinated in garlic, coriander, cheese, green chillies, charred in the tandoor), or a Mushroom Fritter (with cheese and spiced corn).

Then we move on to either Solapuri Jhinga (king prawns infused with caraway seeds) or a Chicken Sashlik. We also really like their vegetarian options – the Achari Baingan (aubergine, onion and Indian pickle) and the Sabji Biryani (rice, masala, vegetables, served with Dal Makhani) are our favourites.

And lastly do not forget to order a dessert – we love their Passionfruit Tart and the Kulfi (Indian ice-cream)!

Mount Everest

And the last Indian restaurant on our list is Mount Everest – another amazing place that we highly recommend you visit whenever you are craving delicious traditional food. The menu is filled with your favourite Indian food, the staff is always friendly, and the portions of every meal is generous so expect nothing but the best service in Mount Everest!

Starters include Fish Tikka, Onion Bhaji, Papadam, Samosa, and other incredible options. We highly recommend also ordering the Mix Platter because it includes Chicken Tikka, Lamb Tikka and Sk Kebab for £5.45 only!

When it comes to their main dishes, we really enjoy their Tandoori dishes and all of the Biriyani as well as the Chicken Ruby (in a rich cashew nut sauce), the Lamb Gurkha, and the Prawn Masala!
