Top 4 Italian Restaurants In Harrow According To Our Team
Sorrentina Ristorante Italiano
Sorrentina Ristorante Italiano first opened more than 30 years ago – in 1981 to be exact. They are one of our favourite Italian restaurants in Harrow because they truly make delicious food and bring the authentic Italian cuisine to Harrow so you definitely need to give them a try.
We always start off our order with the Soup of the day as well as a Prosciutto Melone which is one of our favourite starters. It’s something about the combination of fresh and sweet melon and prosciutto that is incredible!
Next, we often either have the Spaghetti Aglio, Olio Peperoncino (olive oil, garlic, chilli peppers, parsley, king prawns), the Risotto Pollo (chicken, spinach, cheese, cream sauce) or the Crudo Pizza (tomato, mozzarella, parma ham, rocket, parmesan).

Grove On The Hill
Grove On The Hill is another incredible Italian restaurant with a stylish venue. It’s perfect for a romantic dinner or a get together with the family. We really enjoy going there during the weekends, however, we always call in and book a table because they are super busy during the weekends so we advise you to do the same!
We highly recommend you start off with an Insalata di Barbabietola salad (beetroot, feta cheese, mixed leaves, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic dressing) or the Formaggio di Capra (goat’s cheese, toasted, homemade bread and caramelised red onion, rocket salad, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar).
Next, make sure you either order the Salmone e Gamberoni in Salsa alla Vodka (salmon, creamy lemon and dill sauce with vodka, prawns, potatoes), the Spaghetti Primavera (fresh vegetables, garlic, creamy sauce, tomato sauce, parmesan), or the Tortellini Ricotta e Spinach (pasta filled with spinach and ricotta, butter, sage and parmesan).
Also, make sure you leave room for desserts because they have an incredible dessert menu – the Sicilian lemon cheesecake, Panna Cotta, and Homemade, Sicilian Fruit and nut ice cream are our favourite!

Prezzo Italian Restaurant Harrow
Next on our list is Prezzo Italian Restaurant in Harrow. They have a few locations in London, however, we will focus on the one in Harrow. They have a lot of options on their menu – from stone-baked pizzas and pasta to risotto, burgers, and amazing salads.
We always start off with a salad – the Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Salad is our favourite, and we also get the Crispy Fried Mozzarella or the Calamari which are served with basil pesto mayonnaise dip!
All of the pizzas they offer are super tasty. The pasta and risotto are also incredible. We highly recommend the traditional Spaghetti Carbonara or the Spaghetti with King Prawns.
Address: Unit 26, St George’s Shopping Centre, St Anns Rd, Harrow HA1 1HS
Blue Zenzer has a stylish venue that is beautifully decorated but what makes them stand out is the fact that all chefs are Indian. The restaurant is indeed Italian, however, some dishes have an Indian twist which makes this restaurant so great. They are creative and innovative and you can clearly see that in their menu.
Aside from traditional Italian starters and salads, you can also order Indian Street Snacks that go really well with everything else on the menu.
They have plenty of pizzas and pasta to choose from – and some are extremely interesting! We highly recommend you try their Calzone pizza that has an Indian twist – it’s prepared with Indian spiced lamb mince and green peas.
Blue Zenzer also offer incredible desserts – and our favourite is the Melting Orange and Cholocate Pudding!
