Wondering which Turkish restaurants in Enfield are worth visiting? Well, since our team loves Turkish cuisine we decided to share all of our favourite places in the area offering delicious traditional food and excellent service – so you know exactly where to go next!

Enfes Ocakbasi

If you love traditional Turkish food and Charcoal-grilled meat then you are going to really enjoy Enfes Ocakbasi. It’s a lovely little casual restaurant serving delicious traditional food which is why we highly recommend you visit!

Of course, the first thing on their menu is all of their cold and hot starters – from Cacik (yoghurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil), Stuffed Vine Leaves, and Imam Bayildi (Fried aubergine stuffed with onion, pepper, mushroom, served with yoghurt) to Cyprus halloumi cheese, Fried Lamb liver, and Falafel!

The next thing on their menu is the star of the show – all of the kebabs which are served with rice, salad, and bread! We highly recommend the Lamb Shish, the Chicken Shish, the Lamb Ribs, and, of course, the Adana Kebab (Spicy minced lamb)!

Address: 224 Hertford Rd, London, Enfield EN3 5BH

Irmak Restaurant

Next on our list is Irmak Restaurant – one of our favourite Turkish restaurants in Enfield. Their food is incredible because they use local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. Also, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and it has wooden floors and furniture. It feels like you are entering a restaurant in Turkey and we love that this place can make you forget about the big city and transport you straight to Turkey!

We love everything on their menu – from all of the hot and cold starters to the kebabs and doners!

We always start off with Sigara Boregi (pastry filled with feta cheese), Falafel, and Tarama.

Then we wither move on to a Chicken or Lamb Doner, or Adana Kofte! These are our favourite things on the menu, however, they have plenty of options suitable for everyone.

If you don’t eat meat then don’t worry because they have main dishes for you as well – for example, their Aubergine Kebab!

Ada Restaurant

Home-cooked food, amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent service – what more can you ask for in a Turkish restaurant, right? You can expect all of these things in Ada – a casual lovely place in Enfield offering delicious traditional food!

The starters include traditional Cacik, Saksuka (aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers), Stuffed Vine Leaves, Deep-fried squid, Feta cheese pastry, etc.

Next on their menu, they have Grill Kebabs – from Lamb Chops and Lamb Beyti to Adana and Chicken Wings. All of their kebabs are served with rice, couscous, cacik, salad, chilli sauce, hot bread so you might want to skip on the starters if you are ordering a kebab since this meal is very filling!

Of course, they also have special yoghurt kebabs like Sarma Chicken Beyti (grilled minced chicken with garlic, cheese, tortilla bread, tomato sauce, yoghurt) and Sarma Lamb Beyti!

Aksular Enfield Town

We can’t make a list of the best Turkish restaurants in Enfield and not feature Aksular, right? After all, it’s one of the most popular Turkish places in the area that many people love. We are certain you have visited already, however, since the food is so tasty we have to remind you of this restaurant so you can go again!

The first things on the menu you will find – traditional hot and cold starters, soups (our favourite is the Yogurtlu Paca Corbasi Soup which is basically a soup with lamb and yoghurt), and salads (the Ezme Salad
with tomatoes, onion, peppers, parsley, herbs are our favourite)!

Next, they have delicious Turkish kebabs (all of which are served with rice or couscous and bread), seafood and main dishes, Turkish Pizza (Pide), wraps, and other traditional main dishes like Moussaka! We really enjoy their Pide and all of the kebabs which is why we highly recommend you order them the next time you visit!
