Olive Tree
First on our list is Olive Tree – a family-run restaurant offering incredible Mediterranean food and Turkish cuisine.
Starters include Saksuka (fried aubergines, red and green peppers, onion, tomato sauce), Russian Salad
(potatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, gherkins, mayonnaise), Olive Tree Borek (filo pastry rolls with minced meat, onion, mozzarella cheese, served with mayonnaise and herb dressing), and Falafel (served with chutney and yoghurt sauce).
When it comes to their main dishes, you can never go wrong with traditional charcoal-grilled kebabs such as their Lamb Chops, Chicken Shish, Adana, or Lamb Shish – all of which are served with rice and a salad.
If you are a fan of fish then we recommend trying their Levrek (which is a grilled seabass with potatoes and a salad).

Start off with hummus, Salmon Salad (rocket, smoked salmon, avocado, olive oil, pepper), Calamari, or the Sucuk (spicy Turkish sausage).
Then move on to their delicious main dishes – they have it all, from pide (Turkish pizza) and charcoal-grilled kebabs to seafood, fish, and other traditional meat main dishes like Chicken Guvec (chicken, onion, green peppers, Mediterranean herbs, tomato sauce, rice, and a salad) or the Kasarli Kofte (lamb meatball with cheddar cheese, herbs, tomato sauce, rice, a salad).
