Here Is How To Easily Clean Every Single Appliance In Your Kitchen!
– The microwave
What is the easiest way to clean your microwave? It may come as a surprise but you do not need to spend hours scrubbing the interior.
All you need to do is cut a lemon in half, squeeze it in a microwave-safe bowl, add the excess lemon piece in there and add a bit of water. Place the bowl in the microwave and turn on the appliance for three minutes.
Then do not open the door immediately – allow the steam to soften any build-up and stains so that you would be able to easily wipe them away.
Then, once a few minutes have passed – open the door, remove the bowl, and wipe the interior.
– Blender
Did you know that you can allow your blender to self-clean? Yes, you don’t need to scrub it – it will do everything on its own.
Just fill the pitcher with hot water and a few drops of liquid soap then run the blender. Once it’s clean simply rinse it.
– Slow Cooker
If you have a slow cooker in your kitchen then you know that cleaning it is a hard task – but what if there was a hack that will make everything easier?
You need to mix baking soda, a little bit of liquid soap, and water in the slow cooker. Place the lid on it and turn it on for two to four hours.
That way your slow cooker will clean on its own and you won’t need to do anything!
– Coffee Maker
Every kitchen has a coffee maker which means that knowing how to clean it without wasting too much time is extremely important for all of us!
Now, all you need to do is wash the removable parts after every use.
Then, once a month, deep clean it by filling the water chamber with vinegar and water (equal parts) and start the machine. Once it’s halfway done – turn it off and let the vinegar sit for a few minutes before pouring it out and replacing the paper filter.
Then the last step is to run another cycle with water so that the vinegar can be removed completely so that your coffee doesn’t taste like vinegar.
– Toaster
If your toaster has a crumb tray then you need to shake the crumbs off of it after every use as well as wash it with soapy water every few days.
If it doesn’t have such a crumb tray then you need to use a pastry brush to clean the toaster. Make sure it’s turned off then reach in the toaster with the brush so that you can remove all the crumbs.
Now, the most dreaded kitchen cleaning chore – cleaning the oven. Thankfully, you don’t need to do it more than once a month.
Our team advises you to start off by washing all the removable parts in hot soapy water then continuing with the interior.
For the interior – mix baking soda with water then spread the paste all over the oven. Let it sit overnight then wipe the dried paste with a damp cloth. All the grease, dirt, burnt food, etc. will be removed!
