The kitchen and bathroom stay on top of themselves, the place never gets the chance to slide, and over time your cleaner gets quicker because they know where everything lives. A one-off is a team job for a single big clean. Two cleaners, roughly three hours, at £26 per cleaner per hour with a £67 minimum, so a typical one-off of two people for three hours comes to around £156 in one visit. You would book this before moving into a place, after a family do, or when a home that has gone a while without help needs hauling back to a baseline. A lot of people then start a fortnightly slot to keep it that way.

What a visit covers
A regular clean follows the same routine each time, scaled to your home and the hours you have booked. The heart of it is the kitchen and bathrooms done properly, the rest of the home dusted, hoovered and mopped, and the bits everyone forgets dealt with. A four-bed semi in Heaton Moor wants more time. A two-bed terrace in Edgeley that finishes early gets the extras done instead.
Kitchen. Worktops, splashback, sink and taps wiped and disinfected. The soft water round here means barely any scale to fight, so the cleaner puts those minutes into grease instead, the real enemy on a hob and an extractor.
