The regular round is one cleaner, the same one, kept on your home week after week or every other week, at the £22 or £24 hourly rate. That is the bread and butter, the home that stays on top of itself instead of building up to a Sunday slog.
The one-off is a separate service for when a place needs resetting in a single go, after a party, before family visit, or when you have simply let it run. It is a team, usually about two cleaners working together for around three hours, at £26 per cleaner per hour with a £67 minimum charge. Two people get through deep work far quicker than one, which is why the one-off is built that way and the regular round is not.

If you would rather we used your products for an allergy or a delicate surface, just leave them out and we will use yours instead.
What we do not do is wander. The regular round is about the rooms you live in every day, kept genuinely clean rather than skimmed. If you want the inside of the oven stripped back, the carpets lifted of months of traffic, or windows done properly, those are separate jobs and we will say so honestly rather than rush them into an hour that was meant for the weekly tidy.
