What a regular clean covers
Every visit gets the core: kitchen worktops and hob wiped down, bathrooms done properly, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, bins out. Around that core the remaining time rotates: inside windows one week, skirting boards the next, the fridge shelves, under the beds, the cupboard fronts that collect fingerprints.
Your list beats our list. If the priority this week is the spare room because your in-laws land on Friday, leave a note and that is where the hours go.
The first clean is usually the longest, because it is part clean and part reset: the neglected corners get brought up to a level the weekly hours can then hold. Budget an extra hour for that first visit and the routine ones run lighter from then on.
A three-bed semi on a weekly visit usually takes three hours. A two-bed flat runs closer to two. Bigger or busier houses take what they take, and we would rather tell you that after the first visit than quote low and disappoint you by week three.

Who books a cleaner in Romford
