If you would like the ironing done while we are there, that is an add-on at £12 per hour on top of the cleaning time. Leave the basket out, say so when you book, and your cleaner sets aside the time rather than racing through it at the end.
A one-off clean is a different job
A one-off is not the same service with a different label. It is a standalone clean, sent as a team rather than a single regular cleaner, and it is priced its own way: £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge for the visit.
Usually that means about two cleaners for roughly three hours, working through the house together and getting it done in one go. It suits the jobs too big or too occasional for a weekly round: a spring clean before the in-laws arrive, a flat being readied to let, the deep tidy after a kitchen refit. Because it is a team rather than one pair of hands, a one-off gets a tired house back to rights in an afternoon.
The £67 minimum is simply the floor for sending a team out at all. Below that it is not worth anyone’s diesel, frankly. Above it you pay for the hours the team actually works, at £26 per cleaner per hour. If a one-off goes well and you decide you would rather keep things ticking over, we can move you onto a regular round with one named cleaner at the lower retainer rate. Cleaning around Richmond
Richmond changes a lot depending on which bit you are standing in, and the cleaning changes with it.
