The real headache, and the reason we work the way we do, is the car. Almost every residential street here sits inside a controlled parking zone, the bays are policed well into the evening, and a resident permit never guarantees you an actual space, so we do not pretend we will pull up and unload at the kerb. Our cleaners come in to either Hammersmith station, the District and Piccadilly one, or the Circle and Hammersmith and City one a short walk across the Broadway, and carry the kit the last few minutes on foot. The famous bridge has been shut to motor traffic since 2019, walkers and cyclists only since it part-reopened in 2025, so anyone coming from the Barnes side is on foot anyway. You pay for the hours your cleaner is actually in the home, nothing else.
So a three-hour weekly clean is £66. A fortnightly clean of two to three hours lands between £48 and £72, depending on how long you book us for. A one or two-bed conversion off Goldhawk Road usually settles nicely on three hours a week once we have a rhythm; a bigger mansion flat by Brook Green tends to want more.

A one-off clean is a separate job
A one-off clean is a different service from the weekly visit, and it is worth being plain about that so the price never lands as a surprise. Where the regular clean is one familiar cleaner kept on a retainer, a one-off is a team job, usually about two cleaners for three hours, sent in to reset a home in a single go. People book it before a party, after the builders have packed up, when a parent is coming to stay, or simply when the place has run away from them and one good visit will sort it.
A one-off is £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge. Two cleaners for three hours is the usual shape of it. It costs more per hour than the weekly rate because there is no relationship to lean on, the team arrives cold to a flat that wants a proper going-over, and they bring extra kit to do it in one hit.
