Two services, not one
People ring us for two quite different things, and it helps to keep them apart from the start.
The first is a regular cleaner. Someone who comes every week or every fortnight, keeps your home ticking over, and learns it well enough that you stop having to leave notes. This is a retainer arrangement: the same cleaner held on your home, billed by the hour, no team turning up in a van. Most of our Ealing clients want exactly this.
The second is a one-off clean. A single deep visit done by a small team, for a spring clean, a tidy before family arrive, or the rescue a flat needs after a busy stretch when nobody has had the time. It is a separate service with its own price, because two cleaners blitzing a home in a morning is a different job from one person maintaining it week to week.

Regular domestic cleaning is £22 per cleaner per hour on a weekly round, or £24 per cleaner per hour if you book fortnightly. No VAT. No call-out charge. The weekly rate is lower because a home cleaned every week never lets the grime build, so the cleaner gets more done in the same time. A fortnightly home has twice as much to shift each visit, which is the honest reason for the small difference.
So the sums are simple. A three-hour weekly clean is £66 a visit. A fortnightly visit of two to three hours comes to £48 to £72, depending on the size of the place and how long you book. You pay for the time the cleaner is on the job and nothing else.
A standard visit is general housework done properly. Kitchen surfaces wiped and the hob degreased, the bathroom and loo scrubbed and the limescale kept off the taps, floors hoovered and mopped, beds changed if you leave the linen out, dusting through the rooms you use. We do the bits people skip. Skirting boards, the splashback behind the kettle, the inside of the microwave.
How long a visit should be depends on the home. Two hours keeps a one or two bed flat in good order from one week to the next. Three hours suits a family house where the kitchen takes a beating and there is ironing waiting. If you want the ironing done, that is an add-on at £12 an hour on top of the cleaning time, and we will build the right amount in once we know how much there usually is.

Tell us what matters to you and we work to that. Some clients want the kitchen spotless and are relaxed about the spare room. We would rather do the things you actually care about well than tick a generic list and leave you cold. If a week is impossible, skip it. We ask for reasonable notice so the cleaner is not left with a hole in their day, but life happens, and we will not charge you for a clean that did not occur.
The one-off clean
This is the separate one. A one-off clean is done by a team, usually two cleaners for about three hours, at £26 per cleaner per hour with a £67 minimum charge. Two people working together get a home straight in a morning, which is the point. You are not waiting all afternoon for one person to work through the whole flat on their own.
It suits a few specific moments. A proper spring clean. Getting a place sorted before guests stay. The deep going-over a home needs when work has been mad and the cleaning has slipped. It is more thorough than a maintenance visit because it is starting from further back.
If you think you might want both, say so. Lots of people book a one-off to reset the house, then settle into a weekly or fortnightly slot to hold it there. The team does the heavy lift, and a single regular cleaner keeps it easy after that.
The same cleaner, and how we vet them
The thing that breaks most cleaning arrangements is a revolving door of strangers. You finally get someone who knows the house, then next time it is a new face who does not know the dog bites or that the top oven does not work. We try hard not to be that company.

Cleaning Ealing homes, honestly
Ealing earned its old nickname, the Queen of the Suburbs, on the back of solid period housing, and that shapes the work. A lot of our rounds are in the late-Victorian and Edwardian terraces and villas that fill the conservation areas around Mount Park Road and Ealing Common, the ones in London stock brick with stucco trim and deep skirting.
