How the clean actually works
The method is hot-water extraction. Plenty of people call it steam cleaning, even though there is hardly any steam involved, which tends to let down anyone picturing a kettle on wheels. Here is what really happens on the day.

This is where most carpet cleaners oversell, and we try hard not to. A stain and general dirt are two different problems. Some things we shift most of the time, like mud, tea, food and washable drinks.
