The rate is £22 per cleaner per hour on a weekly round, or £24 per cleaner per hour if you go fortnightly. Weekly is a touch cheaper per hour because we can plan the round tighter when a home is in it every week. There is no VAT added and no call-out charge bolted on the end.
What does that look like in real money? A three-hour weekly clean is £66. A fortnightly visit of two to three hours runs £48 to £72, depending on how long you book. You pick the hours; we don’t stretch the job to fill them.
The point of keeping one cleaner on your flat is simple. They learn it. After a month they know that the spare room is really an office, that the cat is not allowed out the front, and that you would rather they did the oven door than the inside of a tidy wardrobe. That continuity is the whole reason people stay with us for years, and it is the bit a rotating-staff agency can never give you. When your regular cleaner is off sick or away, we tell you and offer a cover; we never just send a stranger and say nothing.

That is a different service. A one-off clean is done by a team, usually two cleaners for about three hours, charged at £26 per cleaner per hour with a £67 minimum charge. Two people get through a tired flat far faster than one, which is why we staff it that way rather than sending a single cleaner for a marathon.
