How hot-water extraction works
We clean with hot-water extraction. Most people still call it steam cleaning, and the name does not really matter, but the method does. It is the one that actually gets dirt out of a carpet rather than smearing it around the top of the pile.
It works in three steps. First we spray a cleaning solution into the carpet and give it a few minutes to break down the grease and grime that has bonded to the fibres. Then a machine pushes hot water through the pile under pressure and, in the same pass, sucks the dirty water straight back up into a separate tank.
