One-off cleans, a separate service
A one-off clean is a different thing from the weekly service, and it is worth being plain about that so the bill is no surprise. Where the regular clean is one familiar cleaner on a retainer, a one-off is a team job, usually about two cleaners for three hours, sent in to reset a home in a single hit. People book it before a big family gathering, after the builders have gone, when a relative is coming to stay, or simply when things have got away from them and one visit will not cut it.
A one-off is £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge. Two cleaners for three hours is the usual shape of it. It costs more per hour than the weekly rate because there is no relationship to lean on, the team arrives cold to a home that normally needs a proper going-over, and they bring extra kit for the heavier work.

Event days, and getting to you
If you live near the stadium, you already know the drill. On a match or concert day Brent Council turns the streets around Wembley into an event-day parking zone, permit-only from the morning through to midnight, so a van cannot simply pull up outside the way it would on a normal Tuesday.
