Weekly visits are £22 an hour. Fortnightly is £24, because a fortnight’s dust takes more shifting than a week’s. Ironing is £12 an hour, and given what one family generates in a week, that £12 may be the best line on this page.
How many hours you need depends on the home, but here are honest averages. A one-bed flat in one of the newer blocks settles at about two hours a week. A three-bed semi with a family in it wants three, sometimes four. First visits run longer because we’re pulling the place up to standard; after that the regular rate holds it there.
No contracts tying you in, no cancellation traps if you give fair notice, and the rate on this page is the rate. When we quote hours we quote honestly, because promising two hours for a house that needs four is the sort of thing you’d notice by the second visit.
A note on the ironing, since people ask. It happens at your place, on your own board, inside the same visit. We don’t cart shirts away and bring them back a week later smelling of someone else’s house.
What a regular visit covers
The core stays the same most weeks: kitchen surfaces, hob top and sink; bathrooms scrubbed and the taps and shower screen de-scaled before limescale gets a grip, which in Wembley’s chalky hard water it tries to do every single week; floors vacuumed and mopped; surfaces dusted; bins out; beds changed if you leave fresh linen.
Around that core we rotate the slower jobs so nothing gets permanently skipped: inside windows one visit, skirting boards and door frames the next, the inside of the microwave, the top of the extractor, under the bed where the dust was building a small settlement. A £22 hour has limits, and we’d rather list them than dodge them. It won’t deep clean the whole flat every week. It doesn’t cover carpet shampooing, which we do separately with proper machines. And it can’t rescue a home that’s had no attention for a year; the £26 one-off exists for that, and once that reset is done the weekly rate holds the line comfortably.
Who books us in Wembley
Three sorts of household, mostly.
Renters in the towers, first. The flats around the stadium are new, bright and small, with pale worktops and a wall of glass that shows every fingerprint by Wednesday. The people in them work long hours and pay Wembley Park rents, and two hours a week buys back the whole of Saturday morning. On big event days the neighbourhood fills from mid-morning, so regulars in the Park tend to take weekday slots and leave the weekend to the crowds.
Second, the family houses. The 1930s semis up toward Preston Road, Barn Hill and Kingsbury often hold three generations under one roof, which means cooking twice a day, a bathroom that never stays done, and an ironing basket with its own postcode. This is where fortnightly-plus-ironing earns its keep, and where a familiar face matters most, because grandparents don’t want a stranger in the house every week.
Third, the flatshares. The terraces off the High Road and Ealing Road carry a lot of shared rentals, and since Brent’s borough-wide licensing scheme for smaller flatshares started in February 2026, more landlords have come round to putting the shared areas on a proper cleaning schedule. Whoever pays, the arrangement works the same: kitchen and bathroom done properly on a set day, and the housemate rota argument retired for good. Most regulars leave a key. Keys are logged and coded without your address on the fob, and if your building has a staffed desk, handover can happen there; a good share of Wembley Park works that way. Prefer to be home instead? Also fine. Morning slots suit people on late shifts, and we’ll find a rhythm that matches yours.
Anything you want changed goes through the office rather than through awkward doorstep conversations. A short message moves your priorities for the next visit, and if the standard ever slips, say so plainly. We fix it or you stop; there’s no small print holding you in place.
