Regular cleaning and what it costs
Regular domestic cleaning runs on a simple retainer. We keep a cleaner on your home and you keep a slot in their week.
On a weekly round it is £22 per cleaner per hour. Go fortnightly instead and it is £24 per cleaner per hour, because a fortnightly home has had two weeks to gather dust and takes a touch longer per visit to hold the same standard. There is no VAT on top and no call-out charge. The number you are quoted is the number you pay.
Most homes settle on three hours. A weekly three-hour clean is £66. If you go fortnightly and the flat is smaller, a two to three hour visit lands between £48 and £72 depending on how long you book. We would rather you booked the right number of hours than squeezed a four-bed into two and got a rushed job neither of us is proud of.
One thing we will say plainly. We do not run a sliding scale where the rate quietly drops the more hours you buy, and we do not bury overtime in a weekend surcharge. The hourly rate is the hourly rate. People in this borough have been stung by booking desks that dress up a normal Saturday as a premium, and we are not going to be one of them.
Payment is monthly by standing order or bank transfer, whichever suits. We invoice the hours done. Simple.

The one-off deep clean is a different service
A one-off clean is not the same job as a regular visit, so it is priced differently. This is a standalone deep clean done by a team, usually about two cleaners working together for around three hours, so they can lift a flat in a single morning rather than chipping at it weekly.
It is £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge so a tiny studio is still worth our while to send a team to. Two cleaners for three hours is the common shape of it, and they bring the kit a deep clean needs rather than relying on whatever is under your sink.
