A one-off clean is a different service, and we price it differently, so it is worth being clear about the two.
A one-off is a deeper, standalone reset rather than ongoing upkeep, and we send a team to it, usually two cleaners for about three hours, so the place gets turned around in a single afternoon. It is £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge for the visit. That is the right call before a party or after one, when family are about to descend, when you have just got the keys to a new place, or when a home has drifted past what a single regular slot can claw back in one go. It is not the same as the weekly or fortnightly retainer above, where the same cleaner keeps your home ticking over at the lower hourly rate. - We assign your cleaner. Someone who covers your part of the borough, has your slot free, and stays on your home from then on.
- Keys, a key safe, or you let us in. Most customers leave a key with us after a few visits, kept on a reference number rather than an address. A key safe or being home both work just as well.
