Ring us about an oven in Weybridge and a trained engineer arrives in a van with a heated tank in the back, not a cleaner with an aerosol and a roll of kitchen towel. We take the oven to pieces on your kitchen floor, soak the racks and panels out in the van, scrub the cavity by hand, and put the whole thing back together so you can cook on it the same evening.

Last updated April 2026. The prices on this page are what we actually charge across KT13, fixed before we leave, not a starting-from figure that quietly climbs once we are standing in your kitchen.

Oven cleaning in Weybridge starts from £77, single oven up to a two-oven AGA, with a non-caustic dip-tank, same-day use and a re-clean guarantee.

We are Monster Cleaning Ltd, Companies House number 9919639, cleaning since 2014 from an office at 255 Upper Richmond Road West, SW14 8QS. Weybridge and the wider Elmbridge patch are a fixed part of our week, run down the A3 and round to the M25 at Junction 10, three miles from the town. This is not a postcode we squeeze onto the end of the diary.

What an oven clean costs in Weybridge

Here are the prices, set out plainly, so nobody has to ring three firms to find out what a clean costs.

A single oven is £77. A double oven, which is what most Weybridge kitchens turn out to be hiding behind that second door, is £110. A 90cm range cooker is £114, and a two-oven AGA is £143, because an AGA is a slower, gentler job that takes most of a morning to do honestly. A hob runs £23 to £28, depending on whether it is a flat ceramic top to bring back or a gas hob with cast trivets and burner caps that all come apart and soak. An extractor with its filters is £28. A microwave, freestanding or the built-in combination sort, is £22.

Most people book two or three of these together. A double oven with the hob and the extractor in one visit is the usual Weybridge booking, and it works out better on time because the van only has to find a space on your road once. The figure you read here is the figure you pay. No call-out fee, no quote invented on the doorstep.

Weybridge kitchens, from St George’s Hill to Brooklands flats

Weybridge is not one kind of kitchen. It is several, and the oven changes with the house.

Up on St George’s Hill, the private estate above the town, the houses are large and the kitchens are built to match, so a range cooker or a two-oven AGA is the norm rather than the exception. Down in the older heart of the town, around Church Street and the streets climbing Monument Hill, there are period houses and converted villas where the kitchen has usually been knocked through and fitted with a big built-in double or a freestanding range. The Queens Road and Oatlands roads run heavily to interwar and post-war family homes with the standard built-in double, the workhorse of a Surrey kitchen. Then there is everything Weybridge has built lately, the flats around Brooklands and the Mercedes-Benz World end of town and the newer blocks near the station, where a compact single oven and an induction hob are usual and the whole job is quick for us and cheap for you.

We have cleaned in all of them. The recurring headache in the period houses near Church Street is the alcove the old cooker has been wedged into; in the Brooklands flats it is the parking and the lift up with the tank kit.

Up on St George’s Hill a range cooker or a two-oven AGA is the norm rather than the exception.

An AGA in a house on St George’s Hill is a different machine again, two cast cavities that hold their heat all day, which is why it has its own price and its own slot in the diary.

Weybridge hard water, and what it does to oven glass

Weybridge has a water problem that shows up on your oven, and it helps to grasp it before you book.

Family baking beside a spotless oven with gleaming door glass
The after-photo everyone actually wants: baking in a kitchen that sparkles.

The town sits in Affinity Water territory, where the Wey meets the Thames, and the mains here is hard, with readings reported around 280 parts per million of calcium carbonate. That puts Weybridge near the top of the national hardness chart. You meet it first in the kettle and on the shower screen. On an oven you meet it on the inside of the door glass and along the runners, where a film of scale settles over the grease, so a normal degreaser slides off it because the spray is aimed at the fat, not the mineral sitting over the top. That is the layer a weekend wipe-down never reaches.

We clean for the grease and the scale together on every job, which is why the door glass comes back clearer than any kitchen-roll effort ever leaves it. It is also why the steam-clean cycle on a newer oven never quite finishes the job in this corner of Surrey. The mineral content is simply too high. The steam loosens the surface grease and stops there, and people end up phoning us anyway after running the cycle twice and seeing no real change on the glass.

The dip-tank, and why caustic is the wrong tool

The part that does the heavy work lives in the van.

When the engineer arrives, the oven is switched off and left to go cold if it has been on that morning. Then the removable parts come out: the shelves, the side runners, the fan guard at the back of the cavity, the base plate where there is one, and the trays. All of it drops into a heated tank of non-caustic solution out in the van, where it soaks while the rest of the job carries on. Soaking is what floats carbon off the bars of a rack, and that is the bit you can stand and scrub at the sink for an hour and never beat.

Why does non-caustic matter, when a caustic-soda dip is cheaper to run? Two plain reasons. Caustic bites into aluminium trim and dulls vitreous enamel over the years, and the fumes hang about in a small kitchen for the rest of the day. Our solution lifts the baked-on fat without attacking the metal, and because there is nothing harsh to gas off, you can switch the oven on and cook your dinner that same evening. That same-day point is the whole reason we work this way.

Soaking is what floats carbon off the bars of a rack, and that is the bit you can scrub at the sink for an hour and never beat.

One genuine exception. Catalytic and self-clean liner panels, the rough panels at the back and sides of some ovens, must never be scrubbed or dipped, or you wreck the coating that does the self-cleaning. We leave them alone and clean around them. A quick word at the door saves a ruined panel.

Everything we clean, single oven to AGA

Most appliances in a domestic kitchen, we will take on. This is the common run of work and what each part costs.

  • Single oven, £77. One cavity, one door, racks and trays dipped. The standard job in the newer Weybridge flats.
  • Double oven at £110, two cavities, often a main oven and a grill or a smaller top oven, and you get both.
  • Range cooker, 90cm, £114 for the wide freestanding sort with two cavities and a big hob, which is common in the bigger Weybridge kitchens.
  • A two-oven AGA is £143. These hold their heat, take longer, and we clean the enamel and the lids by hand instead of soaking them in the tank.
  • Hob, £23 to £28. Gas trivets and caps lift out and soak; ceramic and induction get the burnt sugar taken off without scratching the glass.
  • Extractor and filters, £28. The metal mesh filters go in the tank, which is the only thing that genuinely degreases them.
  • Microwave, £22, freestanding or the built-in combination type.

If your kitchen has a combination that is not on that list, ring and ask. We would rather tell you straight whether we can do it than have you book the wrong thing and be let down.

One honest limit. We do not drag heavy built-in appliances out of housing that has been tiled or sealed in, because that risks damaging your kitchen, and we will say so on the phone rather than turn up and refuse on the day.

Who we are, and the re-clean guarantee

We are Monster Cleaning Ltd, Companies House number 9919639, and we have been cleaning since 2014. The office is at 255 Upper Richmond Road West, SW14 8QS, a straight run down to the Weybridge patch on the A3 and the M25.

I will be straight about the reviews, because you will find them whether I mention them or not. Our Trustpilot sits at 3.1 out of 5 across 128 reviews. That is not a glowing number and I am not going to dress it up. Most of the lower scores are about scheduling on our wider domestic side rather than the oven work itself, and tightening that up is exactly why we changed how we book and confirm jobs. Oven cleaning is where we are at our best, and the guarantee is there to back that.

The guarantee is simple. If you are not happy with the oven once we have finished, say so to the cleaner before they leave or ring the office, and we come back and re-do it free. No quibbling. I would far rather put it right on the spot than read about it in a one-star review a week later.

Booking in KT13, and the day itself

Booking is a phone call. Ring 0333 555 2076 or email [email protected] with your Weybridge postcode, what you want cleaned and roughly when, and you get a flat price from the list above on the spot, plus a morning or afternoon slot instead of a useless eight-hour window.

A single oven takes about an hour and a quarter. A double with a hob and an extractor is closer to two hours, and an AGA is most of a morning, so we book those on their own. The engineer brings the tank, the solution and dust sheets, and lays the sheets over your floor and worktop before anything comes out, because your kitchen should be left cleaner than we found it.

You do not need to be in the whole time, as long as we can get in and you are happy with the oven before we go. Pay by card or bank transfer once it is done, with a proper invoice by email. Same-day use is the point of all of it.

If you are moving out rather than just keeping on top of the kitchen, the oven is the single appliance an inventory clerk in Weybridge opens first, and a missed one is a textbook deposit deduction. We can clean it as part of a full move-out through our end of tenancy cleaning in Weybridge service, or do the oven on its own. If the carpets took a beating too, our carpet cleaning in Weybridge team works the same patch, and households who want the kitchen kept on top of all year use our domestic cleaning in Weybridge. You can also read how we approach the appliance itself on our oven cleaning service page.

Then we are out of your way.

Frequently asked questions

How much does oven cleaning cost in Weybridge?

A single oven is £77, a double £110, a 90cm range cooker £114 and a two-oven AGA £143. A hob is £23 to £28, an extractor £28 and a microwave £22. Those are flat KT13 prices, fixed before we set off, with nothing added at your door.

Can I use the oven the same day you clean it?

Yes. The dip-tank runs a non-caustic solution rather than caustic soda, so nothing gasses off overnight and there is no chemical taste in the first thing you cook. Switch it back on that evening and use it normally.

Do you clean AGA and range cookers on St George’s Hill?

Yes, and we do plenty of them. A two-oven AGA is £143 and takes most of a morning, so we book it on its own and clean the cast lids and enamel by hand rather than dipping them. A 90cm range cooker is £114. The bigger houses up on St George’s Hill keep more of both than anywhere else we cover.

Why is Weybridge hard water a problem for my oven?

Weybridge sits in Affinity Water territory and the mains here runs hard, up around 280 parts per million of calcium carbonate. A film of scale settles on the inside of the door glass and along the runners, sitting on top of the grease, and a supermarket degreaser slides off the mineral because it is aimed at the fat underneath. We clean for both at once.

What is the dip-tank, and why does it matter?

It is a heated tank in the van filled with non-caustic solution. The shelves, side racks, fan guard and trays come out of your oven and soak in it while the cavity is cleaned by hand. Soaking is the only thing that floats baked carbon off the bars of a rack, which you will never win standing at the kitchen sink.

When you can check your reflection in the oven door, it is done.

Will the brown haze come off the oven door glass?

Usually it will. On most ovens the door is a double or triple pane, and we take it apart to reach the film trapped between the layers. That trapped haze, plus the limescale on the outer glass from Weybridge’s hard water, is what makes a door still look dirty after you have already wiped the inside.

Can you clean the hob and extractor in the same visit?

Yes, and most Weybridge kitchens have us do all three together. A hob is £23 to £28 depending on whether it is a flat ceramic top or a gas hob with cast trivets and burner caps that all lift off and soak. An extractor is £28, which includes degreasing the metal mesh filters in the tank.

How long does an oven clean take, and do I need to be in?

About an hour and a quarter for a single oven, closer to two hours for a double with the hob and extractor added, and most of a morning for an AGA. You do not need to be in the whole time, as long as we can get in and you look the oven over before we leave.

Which parts of Weybridge and Elmbridge do you cover?

All of it. The KT13 streets around Church Street and Monument Hill, the Queens Road area, the houses up on St George’s Hill, the newer flats around Brooklands and Mercedes-Benz World, and out towards Oatlands. We run the same diary into Walton, Esher and Cobham.

Do you clean ovens for end of tenancy in Weybridge?

Yes. The oven is the first appliance an inventory clerk in KT13 opens, and a missed one is a textbook deposit deduction. We can clean it on its own or fold it into a full move-out. There is more on our end of tenancy cleaning in Weybridge page.

Is there a call-out charge or a minimum spend in KT13?

No call-out charge and no minimum spend. Weybridge is on our regular weekly run off the A3 and the M25 at Junction 10, three miles up the road, so it is normal diary work, not a trip we load a fee onto. You pay the figure from the list and nothing else.

What if I am not happy with the oven afterwards?

Tell the cleaner before they leave, or ring the office, and we come back and re-do it free under our re-clean guarantee. I would much rather put it right on the spot than read about it in a review a week later.

A firm price in about ninety seconds.

Tell us the oven type when you call and the figure will not change on the day.
