We send a team, usually two cleaners for around three hours, and they work through the home top to bottom in one go: inside cupboards, skirting boards, behind what can be moved, the bits a regular maintenance clean never has time for. The rate is £26 per cleaner per hour, with a £67 minimum charge so a tiny job is still worth our while to send a van out for.
Two people for three hours is the common shape, and it gets a surprising amount done in an afternoon. If the place has been let go for a while, or it is a larger four-bed out toward Pyrford, we will talk you through whether you want more hours or more bodies. The ironing add-on at £12 an hour is there for one-offs too, though most people booking a deep clean want surfaces, not shirts.

Cleaning around Woking, area by area
Woking is not one kind of home, and the clean changes with the postcode.
Around the centre, the Victoria Square towers and the run of newer blocks near the station are mostly flats, lived in by commuters who are on the 26-minute train to Waterloo before we arrive and back after we have gone.
